Ron Ventura has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. Beginning his career in commercial real estate, Ron gained experience with RE/MAX Commercial Professionals in the area of retail, industrial, and office space leases.
In 2009, Ron opened Beyond Realty, LLC as an affiliate of Commercial Professionals to handle all residential real estate needs. As the Broker/Owner of Beyond Realty, he has overseen more than $6.5 million in buyer, seller, and investor transactions.
Ron is a Las Vegas native and holds a BS in Marketing from UNLV.
Sam Ventura is Co-Owner of Beyond Realty and has more than four decades of experience in real estate investing. He has averaged an annual return of 30% – 100% for his investors and has raised more than $300 million in capital including $100 million in the last three years. Sam has successfully invested over $600 million in commercial real estate and land.
Currently, Sam is President of Ventura Enterprises Investment & Development, Inc., Co-Owner of Commercial Professionals, Owner of AAAABCO Mini Storages, as well as Owner, developer, and manager of Multi-Tenant retail, Multi-Family, industrial and office buildings. He is also a licensed general contractor.
Ofir Ventura has been a licensed Nevada attorney and Real Estate agent for the past 8 years. Ofir has extensive experience in dealing with commercial and residential transactions as both legal council and agent representation. His knowledge and expertise in contractual law has provided an invaluable resource for Beyond Realty as their primary legal council.
Ofir graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors Degree in Finance prior to earning his JD from California Western School of Law.
Galit Rozen, Beyond Realty’s Escrow Coordinator, earned
her real estatelicense in 1995. As Escrow Coordinator, she works closely with Title companies confirming all proper documentation and meeting all conditions in a timely manner to ensure quick closes. Rozen also has extensive experience in leasing, management and income-property sales.
The UNLV business management graduate is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Com
merce, and she supports SafeNest, the Children’s Miracle Network, and Candlelighters.
Jakke Farley received her real estate license in 2008. Recently she added property management to her portfolio and obtained her license. She specializes in leasing and managing the multitude of properties for the company’s various investment clients. Jakke handles emergency situations, maintenance calls, hires vendors, and approves bids.
Jakke earned her Business Marketing degree from UNLV.
Sandro Veras serves as Controller for finance and administration, managing all project accounting. He has a diverse background and expertise in both business and property management. He has more than two decades of accounting experience, many of those years within the residential rehabilitation and construction industry.
Sandro holds a BA degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Emily Conroy joined Beyond Realty as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations in late 2011. In this role, she promotes the quick sale of all properties listed with the company through the use of both traditional and modern media. Emily designs all the company’s internet advertisements and marketing brochures while managing Beyond Realty’s website and social media outlets.
Emily graduated from the University of Arizona and is a proud Wildcat.
Vanesa Werme is the Office Manager for Beyond Realty and is responsible for the day to day activities associated with the management of the real estate office to ensure there are no delays and every client has their needs met.
